While it afforded our ancestors a mean of lighting and medical treatment, it has recently been demonstrated that the food it provides can keep us in good health, Wealth and Long life.
We have our proper mills, we do produce olive oil, Tunisian olive oil, Pure, virgin, or extra virgin, we are a leading exporter of olive oil, our product already available in the following markets: USA, Canada and Europe, Gulf, Asia . Our climate ( north African, and Mediterranean , has contributed to provide a best taste and a genuine color, a natural “ juice” obtained from the selected olive grains. As soon as the olives are cropped, pressed to preserve its vitamins particularly vit ( A) ( indispensable for eyesight, growth, and fighting against infections) , Vit ( B) : necessary for bones, Vit ( K) : helps the clotting of blood and Vit( E) , besides it keeps their Aroma and flavor.
High quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil of 0.5-0.8% acidity rate. Selected Pure Olive Oil is a top quality " Selekta" blend of extra virgin and refined olive oils. It is a wonderfully balanced oil for either cold or hot preparations.
Classic Olive Pomace Oil is processed oil flavored with extra virgin olive oil, and designed specifically for hot preparations. " Black pearls" are produced from hand-picked.

It is pressed immediately after harvesting. so its nobless oblige, hand selected, crushed and locally pressed. It has flavor characteristics of the earth from which it is grown. it is top quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. However, since its naturally grown we ever Produced natural or lets say organic olive oil from olive trees that have been in the process of organic conversion for a minimum of three years. This includes a total ban on synthetic chemicals of fertilzers.
